Niall’s back on the show and this time, the plan was to talk about diet and fitness, but like last time, Dom and Niall talked a lot, and only talked about diet this time.
Dom and Niall start off talking about what the word diet really means, and they also talk a little bit about crash diets and how they can be bad for you.
Dom also talked about the diet he was on at the beginning of the year called The Whole 30.
One of the things Niall stressed when it comes to diet and eating is to have meals focused around protein, and possibly adding supplements to a diet for extra protein.
